TASK: build the brand identity from zero: visual identity, eCommerce design and UX, full product photography and video, advertising campaigns, marketing materials, and social content.

APPROACH: Rather than producing assets one at a time, I built a scalable brand system grounded in five core visual principles; wellness, materiality, provenance, luxury, and aspiration. This made everything instantly recognizable and allowed the team to move fast without losing coherence. That system drove social growth from 200 to 90k+ followers in six months and launched an e-commere platform that achieved monthly revenue from zero to over $100K.
